When a recipient can't find their gift email, find the card in your dashboard by name, email, or card number and resend it. Or send a text that carries the card number, a QR code, and a link to the card.

Sign up at dashboard.loopz.io with your Square login, or find Loopz Gift Cards on the Square App Marketplace. Approve the connection, pick a plan to start your 14-day free trial, and your business and location details fill in from Square.
How are Loopz gift cards redeemed on Square?
Every card in your program is synced into Square as a gift card, so staff redeem it with the gift card payment option on Square POS and customers apply it at checkout on Square Online. Redemptions flow back to Loopz, so the balance is the same everywhere.
A customer lost their gift card email. What can I do?
Find the card in your dashboard by the recipient's name, email, or card number, then resend the gift email or send a text message. The text includes the card number, a QR code, and a link to the card, so nothing is left to guess. Recipients can also look up their balance any time on your gift card wallet page.
Can I export my gift card numbers and balances?
Yes. The Gift Cards export lists every card with its full number, holder name and email, activation date, opening balance, and current balance. Transactions, settlement, and liability reports export the same way. Your gift card data is yours, whether you need it for your accountant, a sale of the business, or a move to another system.
Is there a report of outstanding gift card liability for year-end?
Yes. Run the Liability report for any date range and you get the total outstanding balance at the start and end of the period, plus every card's opening, period, and current balance with the location that activated it. The dashboard also shows your total liability at a glance.
Can one gift card be redeemed at locations on different Square accounts?
Yes. Connect each Square account to the same gift card program from the Locations screen. Cards sold under any account are synced to every other, and the settlement report tracks what each location owes the others for cross-location redemptions.
Can I correct a gift card balance or limit how much a card can hold?
Yes. Adjust any card's balance up or down from the dashboard, with a reason and a private note kept for your records. Set a maximum balance for your program, which applies to cards sold in-store and online, and a minimum purchase amount for the online checkout.
Does Loopz take a percentage of each gift card sale?
No. Loopz plans are a flat monthly price with a bundle of included gift card transactions and a small per-transaction rate beyond that. Nothing Loopz charges is tied to the value loaded on a card or to how the customer paid for it.
