Can my outstanding gift cards be imported and used with Loopz Gift Cards?
Yes, we can import your activated gift cards so they can be redeemed through our gift card program. We need the full card number and remaining balance of each gift card.
I have multiple locations for my business, can gift cards be redeemed at all my locations?
Loopz supports connecting multiple locations to the same gift card program. Gift cards can be sold and redeemed at any connected location.
When do I receive the funds used to purchase gift cards?
When a gift card is purchased and paid for with a credit or debit card, you'll receive the funds of that payment on the schedule of your merchant account.
Can I create a custom design for my gift cards?
Yes, you can use a custom image you created as the card design for your gift cards. The back of a card can also be customized with some text you can specify.
Can gift cards be redeemed in-store and on my online store?
Loopz supports connecting multiple merchant accounts to the same gift card program so gift cards are synced between platforms. Connect Square or Clover in-store with Shopify or WooCommerce online.
